Shift connects people with businesses looking to hire, giving them a platform to control when and where they want to Shift. Shifters can select/request jobs or pick whatever ones they feel they are capable of, based on their experience (if available) or based on previous work completed.
Within the app, business can see previous shifts complete, experience, availability and ratings based on previous work complete to make a quick and easy hire of a Shift.
