Legal Handbook for Startups

If you are in the early stages of starting a business, the governance and compliance requirements can feel overwhelming.

There are hundreds of nuanced legal, tax and accounting rules that every company must comply with and yet there are no clear guidelines for founders on how to meet those requirements.

This results in founders either spending a small fortune outsourcing to expensive lawyers and accountants, or spending far too much of their own time trying to figure out the solutions themselves to keep costs down - time which would be much better spent on product, sales or marketing.

This handbook is created by Open Forest in collaboration with Furthr to enable early-stage founders to have a basic understanding as to their obligations and requirements when starting a business.
